For over 25 years, Dallas native Blane Ladymon has been a recognized leader in the field of Architecture & Interior Design for innovation and creativity. Ladymon, now managing member of Domi Works, is a licensed Architect & Interior Designer and has successfully managed a diverse range of Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Mixed-Use projects around the world with outstanding results. He has been certified as a Graduate Master Builder with the National Association of Home Builders and completed the LEED AP Home Builder Program with the USGBC.

Ladymon started his career working as a project architect, interior designer and project manager for several firms in Dallas:  Wilson & Associates, Duncan & Miller and Looney & Associates.

In 2001 He founded Ladymon & Associates, Metro Townhomes, Trinity Townhomes and over the years several other development partnerships. These partnerships designed, built and developed over 100 townhomes, single family residences, showrooms and various other projects.

Ladymon spent the last 12 years as the managing member of Integro Development LLC, a design build company specializing in luxury new construction of commercial tenant finish-outs, custom single-family residences, multi-family, townhomes and full home remodeling.

Now at Domi Works LLC, Ladymon proudly teams up with his wife of 25 years as she is also an award-winning licensed interior designer and local multi-line showroom owner.

Building backyard forts and Lego creations as a child kick-started Ladymon’s love for Architecture. His impressive Lego builds continue today as he has amassed an architectural Lego collection of nearly 110 sets. Passion for the brick has led him to serve as the guest curator with the AD EX where he spreads the message that Legos teach and inspire Architecture and Construction.

Graduate of Texas Tech University: Bachelor of Architecture with minors in Business Administration and Civil Engineering holds an NCARB certificate and enjoys mentoring our next generation of architects. He has been a member of the Dallas American Institute of Architects since 2002 and has served on the Home Tour committee for over seven years. He will return as co-chair of the committee this year. In addition, He has completed the AIA Advanced Leadership program.

A Certified Advanced Open Water PADI Scuba Diver and former avid skier. He loves to find time travel, enjoys a good book, glass of wine and a tune or two. And of course, the building of Lego.
